Abstract

The research was used to assess the effects of artificial intelligence (AI) on managerial decision making in software services organizations in Pakistan, emotional intelligence served as a moderating variable in the research. Extensive studies that took place across the globe seem to have a relationship between emotional intelligence and financial performance. Technical advancements have led to a narrowing down of the disparity between anticipations and the reality in the modern settings. This technology was initially very enthusiastically received when it was first introduced some decades ago. This excitement went along with the growth of the software business and the creation of sophisticated information systems. It was concluded in the research that the effect of artificial intelligence on decision-making on various fields including machine learning or expert systems in particular is significant. Although it might be highly associated with the latter, the presented findings give the idea that artificial intelligence can enhance emotional intelligence some credibility. Based on the research results, emotional intelligence (EI) could not offer any beneficial impact on the decision-making processes, which were affected by artificial intelligence (AI). Besides, EI was not significant regarding the dynamic association that exists between AI and decision-making.
